Regarding the “capturing” process with PPro CC 2014 using the Mac OSX (Mavericks) and Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit:

MAC – When capturing, it does not seem to want to capture the whole tape if there is an unrecorded section of the tape between recorded footage. It assumes that when it comes to that section to stop recording; which it does. At this point, I can click on “cancel” and hit the “record” icon to have the capture process continue. But this breaks the footage into separate files; not what I am wanting or needing.

WINDOWS – When doing the same as above, the whole tape will be recorded / captured … unrecorded sections and all … as one file.

Scene Detect is not selected in either OS.

Is there a setting that is different on the Mac version vs. the Windows version that I have overlooked or is this normal?
