  Capture Preset and Sequence Preset in FCP for Sony NEX-VG10 footage

  Hello,
  I’ve just bought the Sony NEX-VG10E (PAL) and am starting to import footage into FCP via Log & Transfer which converts it to ProRes. But I am wondering how to set the Capture Preset and Sequence Preset. I am shooting in PAL in the Mode FH 17M 1920×1080.

  Also, if anyone else has other suggestions or experience about how to best work with this NEX-vg10 footage in final cut, all thoughts are welcome!
