Capture footage from Canon Vixia HF100
I have a hospital client who recently purchased a Canon Vixia HF100 camcorder. This is a Flash based camera in AVCHD. He uses Adobe Premiere and is struggling with video capture. The device does not have a firewire port, so Premiere can not utilize its capture program. If the client moves the files direct from the flash card to his computer, Premiere does not recognize the file type. If he burns DVD’s they are not readable by Premiere either.
Any suggestions?

Must have CS4 version 4.2.1 to import AVCHD.
