Help quick. I’ve got some video work to get done before the holidays and the camcorder I was using for DV pass-thru has just bit the dust. Quick question . . . can Pinnacle’s Dazzle Platinum be used by Premiere Pro for capture? Looks like the Dazzle will do a lot more, but I just need it to get analog into Premiere. Is there anything comparable in Dazzle price range? Please hurry back, I’ve got to get going on this stuff.

    Thanks bunches,

Dazzle wont work…you need an Analog/Digital converter or DV camcorder. The least expensive A/d converter might be ADS Pyro A/V link…about $120 at B and H Photo Video.

Pinnacle products doesn’t support Adobe anymore, One solution is to look for a used cam, Pawn Shops are good places, or E-bay, D-8 camcorders are usually fairly cheap
