    ‘Capture Device Offline”

    New: Windows 7 64 bit, Adobe Premiere Pro CC. Old: JVC /BR-HD50u.
    Question: If all things are working should the JVC be compatible with the Windows 7 and the CC?

    We have done all we know to do and continue to get the ‘Capture Device Offline’ message.

    You didn’t say how the deck is connected to your computer so I’m guessing you’re using firewire. In that case you’ll need to uninstall the firewire driver and install the legacy firewire driver.
