    Hello!

    is there any one card available that can work with the FCP 7 and AMC 5 both?

    I’ve only one MAC PRO with 8core and 8GB RAM and want to work on both because some clients wants on FCP and some on AVID.

    Both the AJA I/O Express and the MXO2 Mini work on both FCP and Avid.

    The AJA IO Express and the Matrox MX02 mini wor with both FCP and MC. Although, with the next release of MC, Avid are hopefully going to open up use of other AJA and Matrox IOs.

    I think they just support monitoring not capture and transfers right??

    The Matrox MX02 mini is only for monitoring, but the AJA IO express is a video I/O device. Only HD/SD SDI though. Good luck.

    The Matrox only gives monitoring in Avid, but the AJA allows both capture and output too.
