Capture a live stream directly into Adobe Premiere 2015?
I’ve searched but don’t see what I would think would be available these days. We are streaming and HD signal from location but I can only think to screen capture it, then import into Premiere. Seems I could import the live stream into Premiere without the second step? Anyone?
My other thought was to record the stream signal with a GOpro and capture into Premiere live that way.

The only way to capture a live stream into Premiere would be to have the signal being fed to the computer via a capture card. So say one computer or device is outputting the signal via HDMI, and then you have a Decklink card or similar on your system with premiere that can accept that HDMI signal, and then capture.
If you are looking at a live stream on a web browser, for example…you cannot just feed that signal to Premiere. It doesn’t work like that. You need a signal-to-signal connection…outputting from one device into another that Premiere can capture from.
