  Capture 16:9 cropped and is 4:3

  I have an autoplay or movie disc which has a letter boxed video. I captured it to Premiere and it has cropped off the left and right portions of the original video, as well as titles are cropped off on the left and right.

  Is there a way to capture it while keeping the letterboxed attributes?
