canvas turns BLANK
I have this problem…
When I view the captured material in the timeline, the canvas turns completely white whenever I click the space-button to stop the material, to see an individual frame. When I press the space button again, the canvas shows the material again, as if nothing happened, but when I stop again, again the canvas turns blank. This is a little inconvenient, as i only seem able to see the material in movement in the canvas. This problem is recent and I don’t know if I did something wrong that provoked it (and then maybe there’s a way to undo it?) or if it is some kind of error of the program itself.

Sarah,
It may be that under the view menu, you have “Show multiclip angles” checked. If so, turn it off.
Or, check that your canvas is set to fit to window, that you’re in Safe RT and nothing is overlaping.

Also, make sure that in the right-most of the three pulldown menus at the top of the Canvas window, it’s set to RGB, not Alpha.
