Im editing footage imported from XDCAM into FCP Studio 6.06. Ive been working on other formats recently and came back to a project. The canvas is suddenly much larger although the viewing is 100%. The project settings are as follows: Frame size 1920X 1080, aspect ratio HVV 1080 60i (this mounts as the compressor setting is selected) XDCAM EX 1080p (35 VBR)
    Pixel Aspect square.

The Project Video settings are XDCAM 1080p VBR with a capture preset of HDV – Apple Pro Res 422 HQ.
The viewer looks fine but the canvas is magnified.

What have I done to cause this?

    thanks

You’ve expanded it. It can be done if the zoom tool is active and you click on it, and other ways… Select the Canvas, and type shift+z. Then set the window arrangement to standard or whatever you like to work in.
