Can’t reconnect moved FCP X 10.1 event folder
I moved an event folder out of an FCP X bundle, deleted the bundle, and then tried to move the event folder into another bundle. Why? Pure stupidity. I realize there is an elegant way of doing this, but when deep in reorganizing many events, I screwed this one up. Now I don’t know how to get the event back into a bundle so that FCP X can open it. Any help for this foolishness outside of drinking a couple of shots and deleting the event?

1) With noting selected in the browser, choose File > Open Library > From Backup > Other and see if an old copy of the Library is available and restore it.
2) If you find success, be sure not to screw it up again.

Number 2 is good advice. I may need to put it on a post-it note so I don’t forget it.
