    Do your filenames have illegal characters? Exclamation points, commas, periods, and especially slashes are a no no.

    pretty straight up rec by soundman to a card then i put the contents of the card with the file projects
    i know i am missing something tiny 24bit 48 k

    What about the file path that your clips are in? I’ve seen the Avid give that error if, for example you files are in a folder called “7/31”. There’s a slash in the name and that will trip up the Avid.

    yes rich thats what it was i had the .wavs in a project folder with a long name and dates IE 7/20/24
