Cant Import .r3d files? FCPX 10.1.2.
Im trying to import some r3d files into FCPX. Had some free time, and wanted to kick the tires a bit on this new version to see if it will click.
For some reason these files are greyed out in the import windows and cant be selected or anything.
These files AMA’d into Media Composer 7 and imported into Ppro CS6 without any trouble
Is there a trick togetting FCPX to recognize the files?

I think you need the importer from RED.
