  • Cant Import DNXHR in New Version of Premiere

Just upgraded to new version of Premiere and After Effects, because it allegedly added support for 4K and DNXHR.

But everytime I import a QT rendered in Dnxhr 444, the image looks weird. The files open without issue in the 2014 versions of After Effects and Premiere, but they are not working on the latest 2015.

Any idea on what might be causing this?

Please post the exact version of Premiere Pro – 2015, 2015.1, or 2015.2.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2014 (as of 7/2015)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

In MXF format, yes. Have you installed the latest DNxHR Quicktime codec? You can get it here https://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/download/Avid-QuickTime-Codecs-LE

It’s not working… Tried many things, what is funny is that the clips work perfectly in Premiere CC 2014, but in the latest version, I can’t load them correctly.

And if I export in any other flavour than Dnx 444, there is a color shift.
