cant hear rendered audio in timeline
I searched but could not find this topic, although Im sure its here somewhere.
I cannot hear certain audio clips in my timeline. Yes they have been rendered, there is no red line above them, no beeps. However, what I did notice is that they have blue/purple thin lines running through them.
The clips that I CAN hear have green lines.
Any help?

Where did the clips originate?
Certain flavors of mpeg as well as iMovie files “mux” the audio signal
