  Can’t hear audio on iphones

  I’d appreciate any feedback on a problem we’re having. I work for a place that uses Livestream for live Webcasts of events, and later we make an edited version of the Livestreamed event within Premiere Pro 5.5 and upload it to Youtube. The problem is people can’t hear the audio on some devices like iphones. Can you think of any reason that would be? Perhaps some incompatibility between the Livestream file and the Premiere Pro version we’ve been using. Or if not that any other thoughts? We’d really appreciate any help as we’re hearing complaints from viewers.
