can’t get audio on channel 2 on XL-H1s
I cannot get any audio to show up on channel 2 of this camera. I am using an XLR connector to the back of the camera, setting the switch on the side to channel 1 so that ch. 1 audio doesn’t go to ch. 2, audio is separate in the menu, trim is at zero. But I don’t hear anything or see anything move on the VU meter on ch. 2 (set to XLR mic level, auto record level, no attenuation). I am trying to use two mics on the camera at once. In fact, when I set it for ch. 1 only and plug a mic into 1, it still records to both channels. Thanks.
