cant capture PAL
I just captured from an NTSC digi beta machine through a black magic card into final cut pro, then i unhooked the NTSC digi beta and hooked up a PAL digi beta machine. I changed the easy setup to Black magic PAL 8 bit and made sure my capture settings were also black magic PAL 8 bit, but i still get no audio or video in my log and capture window. does any one have any idea what my problem is?

Do you have reference video hooked up to the Blackmagic card? Obviously if you change to PAL, both machine and card should have a PAL reference signal.
I presume you are getting picture and sound playback on the PAL machine straight to a monitor.
