Can’t bring up transform handles
OK, don’t use motion much, so I’m sure this is operator error, but can’t figure it out.
Seems I have one project where the handles don’t come up in the canvas – I can transform in the inspector, but don’t get the handles no matter what. Tried the View pulldown, it’s checked, tried hitting comma, period, and slash, but nothing. Seems to be only one project, not the entire app, so it must be something I turned off, but what?

Which handles are you referring to? Are you talking about the ones from the Shape or Mask to make smoother lines?

Nope, just the ones to reposition, rotate, or transform an object in the canvas.

Yes. And so, for that matter, are safe zones, and I can’t see those either.

DUH. Show overlays, at the very top, was not checked. Knew it was something dumb, but thanks for getting me to see it.
P.S. Love the DVD. Even though I rarely use motion, I’ve used some of your tips and actually looked like I knew what I was doing!
