  Cant Assemble/Insert Edit to AJ 1400

  Cant Assemble/Insert Edit to AJ 1400-

  I can print when I crash record just fine-

  But when I assemble (or insert) edit (FCP5) the deck backs up/starts to go and when it comes to the edit point the record button never lights up-it stays in play-

  I print using the same set up every day to my HDW1800 so my guess is I have a deck setting wrong-

  I have the TCG manually set to regen-Im sure im doing something stupid

  any ideas?
