  Canopus DV Raptor

  A friend of mine has Canopus DV Raptor installed in his WinXP PC. He recently had repairs done to the OS, but now he is unable to bring a Color Clip or Title down to the time line. Video clips are okay, though. I sugested he uninstall then re-install DV Raptor. Will other apps have to be re-installed also (i.e.: SoftXplode, MPEG encoder, etc.)?

  Sorry to ‘tax’ youse-guys memories.
  Please advise.
