Canon XL2
I ve never used Pro Cameras,but I would like to have one other than Handycams.I found Canon XL2 interesting.I d like to try shooting for slow motion effect.I just would like to know Pro users suggestion if this camera is suitable for work in home environment with PC and Premiere Pro.Or it requires pro editing gear?

Yes, this camera will work at home, but not to to sure on the show motion effects. I have a Canon Xl-1, and it have a slow shutter speed setting but I only used it for time lapse, and I sped it up. But it will work with Premiere Pro and all the Adobe software. It has a firewire out.
And I am actually selling my Xl-1 if you are interested in that, we can talk.
