  Canon VIXIA HF R300 shooting AVCHD with 16GB SDHC card

  I’m helping a friend out with a shoot this Sunday and she has a Canon VIXIA HF R300 camera and a 16GB SDHC card. Am I able to shoot AVCHD using this card or do I need a HD card? Thanks!
