Canon Powershot SX720HS being stubborn and not playing back video on camera
Hi, I’ve just got this camera today …
I’m having problems when I try and watch the video I’ve taken … little message comes up on the LCD screen saying “Can’t play MP4” … Can anyone help me please?

If you didn’t format your card in the camera before you started shooting, that can sometimes create weird conflicts. Also, check your manual. This kind of low-end point-and-shoot is not the specialty of most people on this forum–we mostly deal with prosumer or professional cameras. You’ll probably have better luck just contacting Canon directly!

Ho – thanks, I did format the card before using … I’ve actually sent this back as I’m not happy with it. Thank you for replying, I really do appreciate it.
