  Canon GL1- Record to from FCP

  Hi all,
  How can I record the FCP4.5 DV time-line back into DV mini-tape in my GL1.
  The log and capture window works, I can see the contents of the tape in the viewer.
  “Record to Tape” function in FCP never really worked, so I play the T-L and press record on the GL1, no-go! don’t see anything in the viewer or LCD, and although it appears to be recording, there is nothing going to tape.
  Please help.
