  Canon EOS Lenses + Canon Consumer Camcorder?

  I have an old Canon consumer-level camcorder (ZR600) (WAY before HV20 lol). My friend has a set of Canon EOS lenses. Is there an easy/cheap way to use the EOS lenses on my camcorder?

  Side question: Can anybody point me towards online information about rod support systems? In-depth detail, how rods are setup, when it should be used, etc….
