  • Canon Cinema RAW and Compressor: color space and chroma subsampling

Currently I am exploring a work flow for my Canon Cinema RAW Light footage from the Canon C200. I use the Canon Cinema RAW Development app to output Apple ProRes HQ 10-bit 422. I set the color space to BT.2020 in the output specs. When I load this file into Compressor it says that the source color space is BT.709. Using the Invisor app to list the video specs of the ProRes file, the color space is also indicated as BT.709. This occurs whatever color space I set in the RAW development app.
My second issue is the chroma subsampling. Transcoding the ProRes 422 file in Compressor to 10-bit HEVC the chroma subsampling went down to 4:2:0. I could not find a setting for the chroma subsampling in Compressor.

Your expert input is highly appreciated.
