  Canon C 100 Lines everywhere with FCP X and limited time duration while exporting with bro sof

  I imported ACVHD footage direct in the new upgrade of FCP X.
  Normally I always use bro soft but there i have time code breaks every 11 min or so and then it makes another clip ,anybody who know how to solve that btw as I seem to miss frames and cant use them as a long clip anymore ?
  Then donkey enough I format my card before checking how it came out,In FCP X it looks great in FCP X but then export as Apple Pro res. i see lines every where and my footage is useless,how can i get fix this ?
