  Canon 7D 24fps 1920 x 1080 workflow into FCP 5.0.4

  Hello,

  I would like to figure out the workflow from the Canon 7D into FCP 5.0.4 which unfortunately is the app I am stuck working with until I can afford the upgrade to CS2. I read that prores 422 is the key to this workflow, so I wonder if I could somehow borrow someone’s CS2 and convert into 422 then into hi-res QT and import into FCP 5.0.4?
