Cannot view plug-in or video effects
When I add media to the timeline and then add a plug-in or an effect it will now let me view it until I render the clip or the project.
Do I have some preference checked that is preventing me from previewing different effects before I render?

Top of the preview window is a split screen icon where you can check no effects. Maybe it’s set to that.

This is what Danny is referring to.
It will turn the preview of FX on and off.

Thank you both. I just upgraded to Pro so it will take me some time to learn the new features.
