cannot see video
I remember running into this issue when I first used After Effects, and I’ve been trying to use After Effects after a year and I am running into it again. When I try to preview the movie in a comp it is not working. I tried to run the RAM preview, but still nothing is showing on the screen.. all I see is black I could even hear the video just not see it. the .mov file runs fine in Quicktime.
It must be a setting or something. I have not idea. Please help.

maybe you have the ‘region of interest’ button selected, but with only a tiny bit selected … it’s the button at the bottom of the comp window to the right of where you select the preview resolution (Full, Half etc)
