    Cannot render to mpeg in Vegas 10/error message

    Hey guys,

    I’m trying to render to mpeg now the avi footage to DVD. Some of this same footage I rendered in Vegas 9 without a problem, but I get this message as soon as I select mpeg 2 or even mpeg in the drop down menu for render formats. I get a “Vegas has stopped working” error and the option to send the information to Sony. Here’s the details.

    I need to mail this DVD out soon-is there some work around? I’m thinking I’ll just render to avi if I can’t figure this out.

    try other DVD template. my work around is to render the video to DVD Architect NTSC video stream Template, Render the Audio to Dolby Digital AC-3 Studio and use DVD Architect to prepare and Burn the DVD Video
