Cannot re-install my Sony Vegas Pro 13 software from the Magix Vegas website.
I had a virus on my computer and had to re-install Windows 10 which deleted my Sony Vegas Pro 13 software. I no longer have the virus, but now I receive an error message when trying to re-install my Sony Vegas Pro 13 software from the Magix Vegas website where I have an account with my downloads that I’ve purchased. I contacted Magix Vegas support and they state there are no issues on their end. I have updated my GPU driver, but still can’t install it. I receive Error: -2147163964 The cabinet file ‘tutor.cab’ required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading CD-ROM, or a problem with this package.
I’ve tried re-installing a few different times and another time the error read that the cabinet file was vduplug.cab and another time cabinet file extvid.cab – otherwise the error message has the same number and description. Thank you!
