Cannot Print Photos Because of “Program Error”
Can’t print photos because of “program error.”
Printer will print docs and some images (I printed a Fireworks file) but not photographs. I have been working on this for HOURS. Please someone help before I go nuts!
Detail:
OS: Win 7
Printer: Epson xp620 new…Epson says the problem is not theirs. Surprise.
Have deleted preference file. Supposedly this is a common fix.
Cannot find Photoshop error file. Could someone give me a complete path in Windows?
Connection: Wireless.

What version of Photoshop are you running? I find the CC2015 versions buggy on this aspect. For instance my InDesign simply quits when I try to print directly from it, so instead I make a PDF of the document first and print from Acrobat.

Thanks for your answer. Am running current version.
My problem is solved. Held down space bar while starting Photoshop. There are several solutions to this issue but none worked until this one.
