  Cannot install Vegas updates

  I have V11 pro installed and have crashing issues when using plugins. I can’t use NewBlue at all – crashes constantly. I cannot intall the vegas 11 update because of an error, and I cannot unistall v11 because of the same thing.

  Error: -214763964 occured during installation.
  Ot create key:.oggvegas110_oggshellNew.
  Version 11.0 (build 683) 64 bit

  Does anyone have a solution?
