  Cannot change theme in InDesign CS6

  As picture shows, the InDesign CS6 application installed on my computer doesn’t have an option to change color theme. I tried removing and reinstalling it again but it didn’t help. Can anyone tell me what is happening here? Thanks.

  P/S: I’m using OS X Yosemite Public Beta 5.
