Silly me.
I had a quick question regarding Encore CS5. Didn’t want to wait for forum replies so I Googled “Adobe Encore tech support”. It came back with 1-801-839-2099 and a website called adobe-tech-support.albionpccare.com – So I called it. Of course I reached India.
(CS Rep) “Adobe Tech Support, can I help you?”
(Me) “Yes I have a question regarding Encore CS5.”
(CS Rep) “Yes this is Albion and we support Adobe products.”
(Me) “Um, great… I have a question about Adobe Encore.”
(CS Rep) “Can you spell that please?”
(Me) CLICK.
Too funny!

the encore-software-development and programming is based in india, didn´t you know that? this is serious – the software is programmed by them.great support-hotline (like most of the time) 🙁

Hi Danny,
I think Chris’ point is that “Albionpccare” is NOT Adobe, but is a third-party who is paying for web ads to lure in people looking for Adobe support. Do a search for “albionpccare” once and you will see.
So it was funny that he called them and they asked “How do you spell that” because they probably don’t know much of anything about Adobe support!
