    Can you edit Panasonic AG-HVX200 on Avid Express Pro HD

    I was wondering if it’s possible to edit footage from the Panasonic AG-HVX200 camera on a Macintosh Avid Express Pro HD 5.2?

    Can you edit in the camera’s native codec or do you have to convert it?

    Please respond because I am being forced to make a major workflow decision tomorrow.

    There is no Mac version 5.2. There is an upcoming version 5.5 that will allow you to do what you want to do.

    Should be out in 2 weeks.
