  • Can you cut HVX AND HPX FOOTAGE TOGETHER?

Hey, im shooting in a couple weeks and i have a couple of questions concerning two cameras.

    1. If i were to do a two camera setup using an HVX and an HPX would the raw footage be captured differently? Is this something i can adjust on the camera before i shot to get the same quality or is this something that I would have to do in post?

    2. Would it be better to just use two HVX’s?

    3. Would it be wise to shoot with the same 35mm adapters or can I shoot one camera with a letus and the other with another 35mm adapter brand. I would imagine that the two images would be different.

Choose the same shooting format and there won’t be any difference whatsoever. Talking both shooting DVCPRO HD…and 720p or 1080i, and 24p, 60i, 24PN…they have to match exactly.

In camera…choose the exact same settings and format.

Not necessarily. Again, just choose matching settings.
