I’m having a hell of a time and maybe doing something wrong. I want to develop some whispy smoke and mist that moves very slowly.
I’ve tried many options lowering everything from velocity, weight, size, etc… trying to make any pre-existing smoke slow down but it seems impossible. It can be slow to dissapear but is there some setting that reduces the speed with which particles are created?
Anybody been able to create a really slow mist or whisp of smoke that just undulates rather than flies up?
    thanks.

Have you looked at Emitters_04_06.il3? There is an emitter there called Simple Slow Smoke. If it is not just what you want, perhaps you could go through it’s properties and see how the smoke is made to rise so slowly and apply it to another emitter.
