  can Vegas export an EDL or AAF that Ulead would understand?

  Someone has asked me to do a rough edit of AVCHD footage from his consumer camera, AND leave him to finish the edit. Seeing as I prefer to edit in vegas, is there any hope in doing my part in Vegas, and enabling him to continue with Ulead?
