    Can Vega 6 read/edit dvd’s created by Sony vrd-vc20

    Purchasing Vegas 6. Need to know if Vegas 6 will read dvd’s(MPEG2) created
    by Sony vrd-vc20. My son converts vhs tapes to dvd using this machine. will Vegas read these dvd’s to the time line & allow me to edit.

    Vegas 6.0c comes with a File – Import – Camcorder DVD option. Vegas Movie Studio 6 also has this option. However, MPEG2 is NOT a good editing format.
