    I couldn’t download either of the clips. From your description I think iZotope RX 4 Advanced (maybe even regular old RX4) would be able to remove the beeps. It’s fairly straight-forward. But it’s a manual selection for every beep, so a bit time consuming.

    The challenge with iZotope will be to identify the beep in its visual display since it’s very soft. However, it would appear as a fairly straight line at its frequency. Here’s a page at izotope.com that shows a number of ways it can be used yo remove unwanted sounds.     However, as the beep seems to be a particular frequency and not very loud, you might be able to use a parametric equalizer to remove most if not all of it – without hurting the dialogue. Apply a parametric eq to the clip. Then, adjust the Q to a narrow range and boost the gain a lot. Then, play the clip and sweep the frequency control until the sound of the beep is at its loudest. Then, further adjust the Q and frequency settings to maximize the beep. Finally, turn down the gain until the beep is greatly reduced or eliminated. The narrower the Q the better, as a narrow Q would least impact the dialogue.

    Hi all!

    In the case where it’s difficult to visualize the particular audio issue in RX, there’s a few things that might help:

    First it might help to change the brightness of the spectrogram, by clicking and dragging the “dB” bar to the right of the screen.

    Second, if you’re dealing with beeps, it might help to switch the Spectrogram type to Adaptively Sparse, which is good for identifying harmonic content (like beeps!). The option to change Spectrogram type can found by right clicking on the spectrogram and selecting “view Spectrogram Settings.”

    And third, changing the Color map (also in the “view Spectrogram Settings” option) to one of the Multicolor options might help better highlight the problem!
