Can This Effect Be Done In FCP X?
There’s a very cool effect called Particle Logo Formation in After Effects.
Is there anything like this that can be done in FCP X?

You can archive something similar in Motion using a replicator.
You create a very tiny white shape, use it to create a replicator, use “Image” for the replicator shape and “Take Image Color” for the Cell Controls. Then steer up the amount of cells, add some forces to move the particles, and you’re good to go
