can someone have a look at this flash file for me…
I posted a flash file…
Exported from vegas into flash. My flash player shows up with “the pause control” ( no play button.. just pause) .. so you have to click the pause button to have the play button appear to be able to hit the play button. it was sent up with front page and then I tried expression web 2.. same story.
either i can have it play when the page opens or like this.. but i hate web pages that blare away with content then minute they open that I did not ask to hear or see… so I’m not going to have it auto play.
anyone have a clue as to why it would do this??

That’s the standard flash player. The Play / Pause is normally just 1 button.
There’s other flash players out there that you can use but most are just like this one; only different skins.
Your side links don’t seem to be working on my browser either.

OK.. i’m going to look for one.. that kind of stuff annoys me…
( assuming someone would know to press pause to get to play..
I just copied the page from a background template and i haven;t set up the links yet ( thanks for letting me know.. anyway)..
OK.. I’ll start looking for a decent player..

You might want to check out Moyea. I use their products, especially their Flash MX Pro.
https://www.moyea.comAnd Moyea’s a lot better and easier than say Swish stuff which I also have.
I know it’s a matter of personal preference, but personally I would think most folks would know with a flash player, the pause / play are on the same button.
