Can not see color effects in exported video.
hi i have added some color correction effects to my footage using Color Finesse. i can see the effects in my Program Sequence (the final output monitor), and i understand if there’s red line above time line it indicates there’s an effect applied to it. after i selected ‘render effects in work area’ and then the red line in work area changes to green, which means ready to be exported. i can also see the color effects in the preview monitor located inside Export Settings, but when i exported as MPEG2/AVI/H.264 format the video looks exactly like my original footage which has no color effect applied to it. i don’t understand why could this happen? did i miss anything?
i’m using Premiere Pro CS4, Color Finesse plug-in 2.1.7

I just did a test with my laptop and CS4 Master Collection and it worked as expected. I exported to MPEG-2 DVD and the Color Finesse Changes came through. Are you sure you’ve added the Serial number to run CF properly. It will appear to be working with the interface, but won’t work until you apply the serial number which comes with the CS4 box.

Thanks Jon. i just figured out the issue actually has been resolved in Color Finesse version 2.1.10 or higher. i’m using an old one so i guess there’s a problem dealing with Media Encoder. now at least i know what’s went wrong.
btw, if you don’t mind i’m asking a simple question, how do we actually preserve the intensity of black color in the exported videos? i’m not really a pro on this matter, but every time i export a video the black color loses some quality. it is different from what i see in the preview or Program Sequence.
