can no longer import new motion projects into FCP!?!?!
I’ve done a search but couldn’t find any post describing this problem.
I’ve been sending video files from within FCP to Motion for a couple of days now. I create some text animation, save this work onto a transparaent layer, import the motion file into FCP, overlay it on the orginal video files and everythings works great.
Without any changes in my workflow I am now having probelmes importing newly created motion projects back into FCP. Everything works fine up to the point of importing the motion file into FCP. Every time I try I receive the message “File error: 1 fiel(s) recognised, 0 access denied, 1 unknown.”
Importing motion projects created yesterday are no problem.
Any suggestions???

Wondered if you have made any progress with this problem. I’m also using Final Cut Studio but on Dual 2G G5 in DVPAL. I have the same error message from the same procedure. It looked so easy on the dvd!
