    I am assistant editing on a project in which some of the media needs to be recaptured. Currently the project exists in version FCP 5.1. Is there any way fro me to recapture the media using FCP 4.5?

    EXport an XML file of the project and open it in 4.5

    I think the best thing to do is to just shoot the whole music video in a field.
