Can I use the Stretch Clip not to Stretch but to Extend the Clip to show the rest of the Clip?
Hi,
Is there a way to extend a clip (Stretching) to reveal footage instead of using the Stretch tool to Stretch?
Like in a music program, you can stretch but you can also turn off the Stretch option and extend the clip out to show the rest of the Song
I want to be able to extend a footage clip to show the rest of the footage that I cut off but now need

If you have a video event on the timeline that uses only part of the video clip/file, then all you have to do is drag the edge (left or right edge) of the event to trim off or reveal more of the footage.
If you try to extend the event beyond the length of the video file, Vegas will either repeat (loop) from the beginning, or freeze the last frame if you disable looping (right-click event, then select Switches>Loop).

Alright I figured it’s right click, Switches, Uncheck Loop and good to go
