    LOL… sorry, yes I have.

It always gives me an error about not having a sequence inside of another sequence.

[joseph wilkins] “I have an HD spot I want to edit in HD, then output as SD.”

    Can you be a tad more vague? HD…what? 1080i 29.97? 1080psf 23.98? 720p 59.94? 720p 23.98?

Output to what format of SD? DV? Digibeta? SD file? DVD? What?

YOu can, but that isn’t the best way to do this. There are far better ways, but you need to tell us what the final result needs to be…and just saying “SD” doesn’t work.
